We have made alternate arrangements with multiple other airlines. However, capacity is very limited and your Air Shipment packages might have slight delays due to the very large amounts of backlog packages.

As of immediate effect, 20 August 2019, we regret to inform you that due to the airline protests in Hong Kong affecting many members of airline staff and ground crew – which in turn affects the cargo processing capabilities, all Air Shipments will be temporarily suspended until further notice. Cathay Pacific airlines is one of the major airline carriers that we utilize to get your goods to Singapore from China to Singapore, and at this point the cargo service is no longer a viable option due to instability. We are working on alternate Air Shipment arrangements with other airlines while attempting to maintain the super speedy service you’ve always been accustomed to with Sheep, and we will update you as soon as we make progress in this.
What do I have to do now?
Our Customer Service team will be contacting you if you’ve released any Air Shipments within the past day or two. Some of your shipments made it through, but some are getting sent back to our warehouse. If your shipment got returned to the warehouse, we’ll let you know as soon as possible – and that means you can still amend the shipment to add on more packages.
How can I get my packages, then?
At this point, we can only provide Sea Shipment services for your packages until further notice. (Also, it’s our super-affordable shipment option, so technically, you could buy more stuff like a new couch, or some China beverages like 王老吉 – if that’s your thing…) We hope to find a solution within the next few days so that we can once again resume operations at full capacity.
We have resumed Air Shipments, but there might be slight delays in transit times.
