Thank you for your ongoing support - we would like to take this chance to wish you an upcoming Happy New Year 2023 and a Happy Lunar New Year 2023!
Both holidays - New Year 2023 and Lunar New Year 2023 are designated public holidays in China, and as such, our warehouse and office in China will be closed for a couple of days to allow our staff to soak in the festivities.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process in these holiday closures:
New Year 2023
29 December 2022 Deadline for China Shipments
In order for all Sea Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before New Year 2023, all packages must reach and be released by 29 December 2022. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be processed after the reopening.30 December 2022 China Warehouse Closed
The warehouse will be closed from 30 December 2022 onwards till 3 January 2023, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful. As such, we advise you do NOT place your orders too close to this date to prevent courier issues from the backlog.3 January 2023 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 3 January 2023 - business as usual!

12 January 2023 Deadline for China Shipments
In order for all Sea Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before Lunar New Year 2023, all packages must reach and be released by 12 January 2023. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be processed after the reopening.17 January 2023 China Warehouse Closed
The warehouse will be closed from 17 January 2023 onwards till 1 February 2023, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful. As such, we advise you do NOT place your orders too close to this date to prevent courier issues from the backlog.2 February 2023 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 2 February 2023 - business as usual!
We strongly suggest that if your seller is not confident of meeting these dates above, that you schedule your purchases so that they will arrive after before the respective closure dates.
