Thank you for your onging support - we would like to take this chance to wish you an upcoming Mid-autumn Festival 2022, and also to wish all customers and friends from China a Happy (China's) National Day 2022!
Both holidays - Mid-autumn Festival and China's National Day are designated public holidays in China, and as such, our warehouse and office in China will be closed for a couple of days to allow our staff to soak in the festivities.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process in these holiday closures:
Mid-autumn Festival 2022
8 September 2022 Deadline for China Shipments
In order for all Sea Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before Mid-autumn Festival 2022, all packages must reach and be released by 8 September 2022. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be processed after the reopening.9 September 2022 China Warehouse Closed
The warehouse will be closed from 9 September 2022 onwards till 13 September 2022, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful. As such, we advise you do NOT place your orders too close to this date to prevent courier issues from the backlog.14 September 2022 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 14 September 2022 - business as usual!
Here are the closure dates for China's National Day 2022:

28 September 2022 Deadline for China Shipments
In order for all Sea Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before China's National Day 2022, all packages must reach and be released by 28 September 2022. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be processed after the reopening.29 September 2022 China Warehouse Closed
29 September 2022 onwards till 8 October 2022, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful. We strongly suggest that if your seller is not confident of meeting these dates above, that you schedule your purchases so that they will arrive after before the respective closure dates.
