As always, thank you for your business and for those of you who are from China, we want to wish you a very happy National Day of the People's Republic of China 2019! 祝您国庆快乐哦！
That said, it is that time of the year (the other being CNY) where everything in China takes a very long break too. You'll get to see Chinese friends (and family) go back visiting their hometowns to look up friends and relatives.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process this China's National Day period:
26 September 2019 Deadline for China Sea Shipments
In order for all Shipments (Big Air, Tiny Air, and Sea) to be delivered (in Singapore) before the China's National Day closure, all packages must reach and be released by 26 September 2019. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be released from our China warehouse after 9 October 2019.28 September 2019 China Warehouse Closed for China's National Day
The warehouse will be closed from 28 September 2019 onwards till 9 October 2019, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful.9 October 2019 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 9 October 2019 - business as usual!
We strongly suggest that if your seller is not confident of meeting these dates above, that you schedule your purchases so that they will arrive after 9 October 2019.
(This is just our two cents of friendly advice: We have had customers in the past who had their packages misplaced by the seller's courier service due to the long extended breaks in China due to the couriers not stashing the backlog of packages properly.)
