Air Shipments Delayed Due to HK Airline Protests

Once again, we would like to thank you for your business and wish you an upcoming Happy Chinese New Year 2019!
That said, it is that time of the year where (almost) everything in China takes a hiatus, and well, our China warehouse - without exception - takes a very, very, long break too.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process in this festive period:
17 January 2019 Deadline for China Sea Shipments
In order for Sea Shipments to be delivered (in Singapore) before Chinese New Year, all packages must reach and be released by 17 January 2019. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be delivered in Singapore after 13 February 2019.23 January 2019 Deadline for China Air Shipments
In order for Big Air and Tiny Air Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before Chinese New Year, all packages must reach the warehouse, and be released by 23 January 2019.29 January 2019 China Warehouse Closed for CNY
The warehouse will be closed from 29 January 2019 onwards till 15 February 2019, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful.15 February 2019 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 15 February 2019 - business as usual!
We strongly suggest that if your seller is not confident of meeting these dates above, that you schedule your purchases so that they will arrive after 15 February 2019.
(This is just our two cents of friendly advice: We have had customers in the past whom had their packages misplaced by the seller's courier service due to the long CNY break in China and the couriers not stashing the backlog of packages properly.)
