Hello dear customers of Sheep!
Thank you for your onging support - we would like to take this chance to wish you an upcoming Happy Chinese New Year 2022!
As you probably already know, it is that time of the year where everything in China takes grinds to a halt, and well, our China warehouse - without exception - takes a very, very, long break too.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process in this festive period:
22 January 2022 Deadline for China Sea Shipments
In order for all Sea Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before Chinese New Year, all packages must reach and be released by 22 January 2022. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be processed at our China Warehouse after 13 February 2022.
Sea shipments at this point take an estimated 20 calendar days as per the current fluctuations.
We cannot guarantee arrival before CNY, but you should attempt to release goods latest by the 4 January 2022 to have a good chance of receiving it before CNY.
22 January 2022 Deadline for China Air Shipments
In order for all Air Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before Chinese New Year, all packages must reach the warehouse, and be released by 22 January 2022.
27 January 2022 China Warehouse Closed for CNY
The warehouse will be closed from 27 January 2022 onwards till 12 February 2022, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful. As such, we advise you do NOT place your orders too close to this date to prevent courier issues from the backlog.
13 February 2022 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 13 February 2022 - business as usual!
We strongly suggest that if your seller is not confident of meeting these dates above, that you schedule your purchases so that they will arrive after 13 February 2022.
(This is just our two cents of friendly advice: We have had customers in the past whom had their packages misplaced by the seller's courier service due to the long CNY break in China and the couriers not stashing the backlog of packages properly.)
