Thank you for your ongoing support - we would like to take this chance to wish you an upcoming Happy New Year 2024 and a Happy Lunar New Year 2024!
The Lunar New Year 2024 is designated as a public holiday in China, and as such, our warehouse and office in China will be closed for a couple of days to allow our staff to soak in the festivities.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process in these holiday closures:
Lunar New Year 2024
24 January 2024 Deadline for China Shipments
In order for all Sea Shipments to be sent out from our China Warehouse before New Year 2024, all packages must reach and be released by 24 January 2024. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be processed after the reopening.26 January 2024 China Warehouse Closed
The warehouse will be closed from 26 January 2024 onwards till 21 February 2024, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful. As such, we advise you do NOT place your orders too close to this date to prevent courier issues from the backlog.22 February 2024 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 22 February 2024 - business as usual!
We strongly suggest that if your seller is not confident of meeting these dates above, that you schedule your purchases so that they will arrive after before the respective closure dates.
