As always, thank you for your business - and in the spirit of the festive season, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We would like to inform you that our China warehouse will be closed from the 31/12/2020 to the 4/1/2020 for the New Year - also known as 元旦 in China. As such, our China warehouse will not be accepting inbound shipments on those dates, nor will any shipments be consolidated or outbounded during those dates.
Here are the closure dates to help smoothen your Sheep-ing, uh, shipping process this New Year's period:
29 December 2020 Deadline for Preparing Packages
In order for all Shipments (Big Air, Tiny Air, and Sea) to be packed and prepared for shipments before the closure, all packages must reach and be released by 29 December 2020. Anything reached and/or released after this date can only be packed and prepared from our China warehouse after 4 January 2021.31 December 2020 China Warehouse Closed for New Year Period
The warehouse will be closed from 29 December 2020 onwards till 4 January 2021, meaning if your seller or their appointed courier service tries to deliver any packages, the delivery will be unsuccessful.5 January 2021 Warehouse Re-opens
Operations in our China Warehouse will resume on 5 January 2021 - business as usual!
