Update (24/2/20): All shipments have now been resumed. Everything is back to normal now!
We regret to inform you that all outbound shipments are frozen due to severe manpower restrictions in the logistics sector within China. This is because of the fact that many companies, including everyone from transportation to casual labour within China has not yet been given the go-ahead to operate again, and this affects our outbound shipments as we rely on a number of different transport providers, all of which are operating on degraded capacity at this point. In order for those companies to start work, they must be certified by the local government alongside proper Covid-19 prevention best practices, etc. However, our China warehouse has been given the go-ahead to start work, meaning that we can still receive your packages normally. There is no impact to the receiving of packages.
What do I have to do now? You can still continue sending packages to our China warehouse. There is no impact on this.
How can I get my packages, then? We will have to wait until the manpower situation for several of our partners to improve. The very moment they are cleared to start work, we will start dispatching packages to you.
